Speedmaster don't run with SCE-Pulse

Post by dieter »

The speedmaster of beta2 don't running with the pulse-effect.
If speed in range 1 to 10 or -1 to -10 the pulse running in same speed.
In range of 1...0...-1 pulse make black, don't strobe.
I don't can use speedmaster with strobe to change speed of them.

Thank you Dieter. We will fix this bug a.s.a.p. ... In a few days you can download the 2.5 release version with working speedmasters in the pulse effect.

I have download version 2.5 with date 2008/10/21 and tested.
Okay, the speedmaster pulse is a little bit better, but not really good.
In range speedmaster of 2.5 to -2.5 its okay. but in other range from
-/+2.5 to -/+10.0 no speed higher.
but
if RESET button pressed of strobe effect, the speed works fine !

IMO thats not right.

Yes it´s true, there is something wrong.
We fixed the part how the SCE Pulse/Strobe effect reacts on different speedmaster values but as like as you describe the framevalues are different after using the Reset Button. We will check this. The next release V2.5a is not far away because of some other bugfixes.

Was fixed in version MADRIX V2.5a (2.5.1.1).
.
Please keep in mind the maximum refresh rate for effects are 50 Hz, therefor regardless the speedmaster no more than 25 Hz (50 times on off) are possible for the Stroposcope.
