Hello,

At Robert Juliat we are currently finishing the implementation of RDM E1.20 - E1.37-1/2/7 on our new platform Sully.
I am conducting a large test on RDM controllers supporting Status_Messsages.
I am currently testing RADAR all E1.20 parameters needed are displayed but the tab showing Status_messages is empty even though we send 2x Status_messages. Those messages for us are very important.
We already tested our Status Messages and they are working on other controllers.

Are we doing something wrong in Radar or something else is happening?

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

This is not a bug. RADAR will only the content of the Status_Message but nothing if an empty Status_Message was received.
To check if empty Status_Messages are not received, RADAR is able to create an Event. Simply use the Event: "Device > StatusMessageGetResponseMissing" and create a new Category and Action.
