Help with dmx output
Hey guys,
Right now I'm running Madrix on a Windows 7 virtual machine on a Macbook Pro. I am using the Enttec dmx usb pro mk2 interface to connect Madrix to a single Venue Thinpar 38 led light just for testing.
The interface is listed in the device manager in Madrix, and is listed as a working output, but I cannot actually get any kind of output from the light itself. However, the Enttec interface came with a test program that is working properly with the light.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey Tim,
The ENTTEC DMX USB PRO Mk2 is not officially supported by MADRIX (yet).
But there could be a work-around. Can you please contact us at info[at]madrix.com
