Frame per second

Hello

We juste purchased Madrix to work with a 2x 9mx5m wall of leds
I need to have the most fluid animations. I use a lot of video files, and I would like to know the limitation of LED panel / madrix corelation.
What's the reresh rate of Led? Do you know if I can go up to 50 frames per second?

This question is quite technical and certainly depends on the LEDs and the control system.
